All of our candles go through a thorough quality control and inspection process prior to shipping; to ensure the best quality product. Please inspect your candles carefully before use. We want you to be thrilled with your soy candles. If you’re not, we’ll do what we can to make it right. We will gladly address problems relating to manufacture of candle or breakages in transit. Photos of broken items will be required.
Please be sure to read each description for the product you are interested in carefully. Returns or exchanges are not accepted if not satisfied with the scent selection.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products unless they arrive damaged or defective. We also do not accept returns for personal care items such as soaps.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we made a mistake or there’s manufacturing defect we’ll be happy to foot the bill. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
